Today we were given the opportunity to have some fun!
We went to breakfast with Santa. It was upgraded substantially this year and was fun to see so many people we know. But of course "with Santa" is generally hypothetical. A's interest in Santa typically remains at about negative one thousand.
We waited in line for *way too too too long* for A to get a balloon animal. And by too long I mean over AN HOUR.
Afterward, we went to the arts center to make holiday cards, to lunch, and to do a little shopping for a couple of upcoming activities. I don't know why but I'm feeling very behind and constantly have the sense I'm forgetting things these days!
